Shipping Details

Order Processing:

• All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched via Australia Post
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
• We aim to post before 4 pm AEST on weekdays.
• Byrdy is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to the courier company. All shipping times/delivery dates are estimates.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. However, please allow additional time for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 7 business days for Western Australia.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days. However, please allow additional time for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
