Shipping Details
Order Processing:
- All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched via Australia Post
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- We aim to post before 4 pm AEST on weekdays.
- Byrdy is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to the courier company. All shipping times/delivery dates are estimates.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. However please allow additional time for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 7 business days for Western Australia.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days. However please allow additional time for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

- Standard shipping: $12
- Express shipping: $15
- International shipping: $20
- Free shipping on orders over $150

Refunds
- We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at [email address] within X days of receiving your order with photos and details.
Exchanges
- We are happy to offer an exchange for items returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging (if applicable).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at hello@byrdyboutique.com.au with your order number and item details.
- Once approved, return the item to the provided address.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
